process.
By utilizing
the very latest equipment and state-of-the-art zinc plating
techniques, we produce the brightest and most durable zinc
plated steel tubing in the industry.
The addition
of a second zinc plating line, and our research and development
of a durable and consistent yellow zinc / brass finish has
expanded our ability to serve customers throughout North America.
Prior
to plating the steel tubing is hung on racks. It is then automatically
conveyed throughout the plating process. Pre-cut
lengths of tubing are immersed in and removed from zinc baths
with split-second timing.
