Powder Coating & Zinc Plating
With powder coating and zinc plating as integral parts of our tube manufacturing services, Hofmann Industries is a leading supplier of finished steel tubing to the North American market. Both our powder coated and our zinc plated steel tube set the industry standard for quality. Every division within our ISO-2008 Certified organization works as a team to ensure we meet strict quality requirements and delivery deadlines for every order we process. Over the past several decades we’ve pioneered and perfected a powder coating process that produces an exceptional quality surface finish on welded steel tubing. With our state-of-the-art equipment and proprietary application methods, our coatings form powerful bonds with the substrate, which allows them to retain their integrity during fabrication and assembly. Using a variety of polyester, epoxy, and nylon powders, we produce consistent, durable surfaces, in custom textures and colors that resist chipping and scratching and withstand rough usage without denting, cracking, or peeling. We operate four powder coating lines with the capacity to process hundreds of thousands of feet of steel tubing every day By utilizing high-tech equipment and leveraging the newest zinc plating techniques, we produce bright, durable, zinc-plated steel tube. Combining automated processing with advanced chemistry monitoring and control systems, we provide a decorative and protective finish on pre-cut lengths of welded steel tubing. With our vertically integrated powder coating and zinc plating capabilities, we supply welded steel tubing configured and finished to any custom specification. Our processes are ISO 9001:2015 certified and comply with ASTM, automotive, and other industry standards. We serve customers in an extensive range of industries, including architectural, furniture, lawn & garden, and others.
